These are kind of big so a little hard to swallow. They have a fish taste and you will burp of fish smells lol. But easy to use and seem like they do what they are suppose too! Good price and great vitamin

Great supplement ! Large pill but still easy to swallow. Doesn’t have a fishy after taste wish is nice and I can honestly feel the difference since starting taking these about a month ago. I have not noticed any side effects from this supplement.

I cannot say enough great things about Now Brands. This is the brand I go to 1st, with decades of using their products, I feel safe and I know the quality is top notch. I haven't taken fish oil for a really long time, and decided to start again to help with joint pain, and heart health. Would absolutely recommend! Just started taking them today. And, I forgot, you should probably take these with food! They can upset your tummy a bit if you don't. Of course, talk to your Dr about any new supps. I am hoping I gain even more benefits which are known for Omega 3.

I have absolutely no idea if they works or not. I'm getting older and with age comes old age side effects that just get worse with time. I can tell you that it doesn't smell, has not taste or after taste. It doesn't cause to burp or have fish smelling burps. The pill size is manageable. It's better than other products I have taken in the past for the reasons I have listed. There are several peer reviewed studies out there that claim there is sufficient evidence that fish oil is beneficial for your health which is why I am taking it. I take other NOW products and I trust the product and NOW is good quality for the price. They want an honest review that's what I've got.
