I was very skeptical of this product but after 2 weeks of using it I have felt a noticeable relief especially in my hands. I am no longer dragging my feet. I use stelo to track my sugar and it has helped me lower my levels quicker than without the treatment. People need to understand that neuropathy that has aready permanently damaged your nervers cant expect total reversal. It is very promsing to keep this from further progression. I will advise within the next six weeks which is whe the full affect should be noticed. So far so good and at just over $100.00 for six months of treatment very afordable

So far so good! I feel the nerve pain is not as bad. Only a couple weeks that I've had them..but going to keep taking them. No upset stomach like some people mentioned.

Great product been using for quite sometime

I wish Amazon would at least give me awhile to use these capsules. They came on time and seem to be as advertised. Need at least a month to see if they actually help.

I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel and a giant cyst right hand, gradually the numbness and tingling are gone! I added omega-3 and bromelain! Giant cyst gone! Every body is different: listen to yours! Stay healthy! Update: hoped I could post a pic for before and after the giant cyst!

I took one bottle already. It really hasn't helped my neuropathy much. I bought an additional bottle and will take it to see if things get better with it as instructions indicated it will take a bit of time.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and I use this one because is high potent. Helps me a lot.

UNBELIEVABLE !!! Within 2 days the foot neuropathy burning started to diminish. 4 days no burning at all and I can feel part of the bottoms of my feet. First time in a year !! My peripheral neuropathy in hands and feet had gotten pretty severe. I'm not diabetic. I'm 72 years old. Female. My balance has been so bad for several years I could not walk at all without a cane and could not walk more than 50 feet without a walker. It's a little too early to tell if that will improve. I've taken MANY supplements, natural remedies, DRUGS, medical mushrooms , and pain pills...no relief. Ice, cold water, electric stimulation , TENS, foot gadgets...all a waste of money. I couldn't go to sleep for hours. The pain and burning was constant and much worse at night. Mushroom extract did seem to help a teeny bit on toes. Lions Mane. Organic extract. But I'd only taken it for 3 weeks, and that's not long. I'll continue with it. I took ALA for 6 months. Max dosage. RLA from known expensive and "effective" brands. Months, max dose. No relief. THIS BRAND, as N- RLA IS A MIRACLE!!! For me it's a dream come true. I will be getting my life back. I've been taking 600mg in the morning with fat in my coffee; and 300mg with my dinner. it's fat soluable so I take it with TBS of avocado oil or 2TBS coconut cream. BLESS THE PEOPLE WHO MADE THIS. Very good but it may give me diarrhoea, so reduced to one a day in the morning.
