It has a lot of pockets, a pen pouch (for lack of a better term), the material is close knit so it's not very stretchy. If you are going to wear this over just T-shirts you can probably get away with going one size above your clothing size, if you are going to wear this over light jackets consider going two sizes bigger.If you are going to need reflective clothing in the winter, I may suggest an actual reflective jacket.Other wise, this is a good option for wearing in temperate weather. In hotter weather try either going bigger in size so that your body can breathe under it, or go with one of those mesh vests.This vest is very professional looking though, great for safety inspectors and the like!

I wear this on my daily walks on our country road. There is minimal traffic when I walk, but I believe it works great allowing drivers to see me a good distance before they get to me. Fits as expected, be sure to purchase a size larger, material doesn’t stretch.

Pleased with quality of vest but sizing is way off. Was going to send it back and get a size larger but only choice to send it back is to drop it off at Whole Foods in the next city over. With gas and mileage that would cost me close to $8.00 in gas! No fair, I didn't pick it up there, why can't I send it back usps and do so much cheaper.

Well made reflective vest with multiple pockets. Provides safety at night, when walking, riding bike, scootering. Never walk at night without it.

This is a nice vest. Though they run a little on the small side. Just my opinion. Will recommend this vest.

Smart and robust, plenty of space as it's got 6 pockets. Will buy another when this wears out, hopefully get a good 6 months out of it.

I use the hi vis at work and is very useful because has pockets and easly I can carry on with some things that I need. Fit to your real size and is very lightweight.
