I tried almost all the shredders, and this is definitely the best for continuous office use!

This shredder does NOT shred CDs/DVDs
I've had other shredders that truly shred CDs/DVDs - you put them in the slot and they are ground up and disappear. With this shredder, when you put the CD/DVD in, its goes in a few inches and then the shredder stops and will not continue. The only option is then to reverse the shredder and pull the half-shredded DVD/CD out. This is not acceptable when it is clearly advertised as being able to shred CDs/DVDs. I will be returning it.

Works well. is much more quiet then previous shredders. Clean looking and does do more paper at a time then any we've had in the past. Thanks, Linda

It's an ok shredder
It's a decent shredder but 1 issue is that when it's full there is no indication except it just stops shredding. The problem with that is if you put more paper in it to shred you can't get it out.

Purchased this for our office. It is nice and quiet so much easier for people to use during the day.
