Have it your way.
I love one the worlds smelliest and best tasting cheese and it use to be in every Grocery store. Only one place in Wisconsin makes it quintessentially German. Well I got it on Amazon years ago and it was costly. Today however it is really cheap like $5 a brick (8 oz) but with a catch. They do not tell you but when you get it it is not mature. So it is bland, nearly every one (comments) agrees. I found a solution: mature it yourself. That does not mean storing it under your pillow. It means a styrifoam cooler with ice packs exchanged twice daily to keep the temperature between 40F and 50F. That number is not rigid: if too low the fermenting gets slower and if the temp goes above it ferments faster. And of course I like the really strong stuff so mistakes are just better! This is October Fest anyway! Cheers.

I was a little concerned about ordering cheese online to be shipped to my home, but Wisconsin Cheese Mart did an EXCELLENT job packaging it. It was still firm and cool to the touch when it arrived. I will order cheese from them again with no hesitation.

Hard to find cheese
I love Limburger cheese and it's hard to find where I'm at. My shipment came quickly, it was packaged great and I had stinky breath in no time. I'll order more and some other flavors in the future.
