If I want to my local hardware store to find ultra tiny screws that so many small electronics and computer products use the simple fact is the chances are almost zero that I would find what I’s need and even if I did it would cost me about seventy cents each. With this assortment I get 800 (so they say, I didn't count them) of the most common sizes for about ten bucks. Tiny screws like this have a likelihood of getting lost no matter how careful I am and are nearly impossible to find. So no matter how I look at it, having this assortment is a valuable addition to my home workshop. And the plastic case makes it handy. The enclosed paper guide to what is in each slot is nice to have so I can tell at a glance what I’m looking for but unlike some other companies who glue inside the lid where it can be seen while you look for your size, for some odd reason they glue it on the outside, which is much less convenient. But in the plus column, unlike other companies, each size is enclosed in a small plastic bag rather than loose in the tray, that way if there is a size you never use it remains sealed and less likely to spill if you accidentally bump the box. I’m actually amazed that there is technology that can manufacture this quantity of screws with @00% consistency, not one flaw. They are strong enough for small electronics, they’re not intended to hold an airplane together so talk of how good they are has to be checked with a dose of reality.

I needed one single screw to repair the arm on a pair of glasses. But being as I am, I actually wanted multiple *just in case* the five times I measured the remaining screw wasn't quite correct (what if the thread isn't quite right?). Then of course if and when I found the right replacement I wanted a few of them *just in case* it ever happened again. So you can see how I ended up with this kit. Spoiler: the screw I wanted was the one I identified initially and worked perfectly. Not even remotely mad that I have plenty of others now. This set was also cheaper than going to buy individual or packs from the hardware store.

There are so many super small screws that you don't see on things you use everyday. My main purpose was to fix the many sewing machines I have inherited over the years. Most people would use pins to attach parts together because the screws were hard to find and you can use almost any pin or piece of wire to fix it, easier and quicker to stick the pin in and cut to fit. I did the same thing until I found this super cool container full of super small, different size screws that I can use in so many places and fix them the correct way. In this container you can find screws to fix almost anything electrical, mechanical or stationary. I'm going to order a couple more of these to have on hand.

My Xiaomi Mi A1 had a busted charging port. While replacing it, one of the internal screws completely wore out at the head. I was able to remove it gently with pliers, but I could find no replacement screw. Not at Home Depot. Not in any of the eyeglass repair kits I could find. I checked all the screw kits on Amazon that I could and landed on this one. This kit has a LOT of options. You can get very specific on the length and width of your screw, which would probably help with many projects. Using good tweezers, I gently handled and compared every screw with the Xiaomi screw. In the end, the screw I needed was the M1.6 x 3. My Xiaomi Mi A1 now works perfectly again. It's weird to say one screw can justify the cost of a $12 kit. But for me, it saved a ton of aggravation and definitely was worth it. And I'll be hanging onto this kit if anything else bad happens to my Xiaomi or other small tech I have. Keep in mind that this is a metric screw kit, but that just means this isn't something you can find at a local hardware store. It's a niche product and worth keeping around. Highly recommended for those who need to repair or tinker with their phone(s) or other small hardware from time to time.

Awesome little kit. Came in handy quite a few times when messing with some of my electronics. I bought these specifically to work on my DTF printer and I had basically everything I needed as far as hardware goes. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought these to have a nice set [always useful] but in particular, to replace missing screws from a Nikon F Photomic FTN head [the original screws and the usual tiny things that are so often hard to get]. The smallest [or one of] sizes fitted perfectly. A good set if you have old cameras or similar mechanical devices that often have tiny machine screws.
