It is very comfortable on my back due to all the padding. The water bag itself holds a lot of water and drinking from the tube/straw is as easy as it gets. Definitely Recommend *by B***I on January 30, 2019* First off, I received a bladder with a hole in it, which I told support about, and not only did the ship me a new one within the week, but they also discounted my original purchase 10%. So 5/5 stars on customer service. Second, I ran 18 miles with this wearing a winter fleece for practice on a cold weather run, and the stitching on one of the straps fixed itself to the fleece somehow and damaged my shirt. It essentially snagged the outside of the fleece and drew permanent lines in the fabric. The shirt other than that is fine though.
