would this keep an 8 and 7 year old entertained?

I’d say yes. My kids are 3&5 and very physical so they loved it but they didn’t fully grasp the concept of the rules of the games or the challenge cards, so by 7&8 I’d say they’d be able to play it properly and enjoy it even more.
