Value for money
I am using this printer for my sbi customer service point for last 5 months . And its very good .

Very bad review
As I had ordered new product but the received replaced product is used and old with too much dust lying on it. This product is working properly. So I didn’t returned to avoid time waste.

Good printer
Pros:- This printer is good at this price point.. it prints 58mm capable reciept very well. It prints very silently.. It comes with rj11 port which supports cash drawer facility.. Cons::- It doesn't have lan interface which is disappointing a bit.. Only usb interface...can place rj45 ethernet support instead of rj11.

support is good and printer support my sbi kiosk bank as well as all kiosk supported,aeps gateway.

Poor printing quality
Printing quality is very low, below average. Better to try another printer.

Not worthy, wate of money
It doest not work properly, i tried it on Win 7/8/10 and all of them are having same problem. Either it doesn't print anything or print some garbage values. Need to re-install driver very frequently, Took Google help but not helpful.
