After using this shampoo several times, the dandruff disappeared, and since then this has been my shampoo probably 98% of the time. I specifically prefer the Classic Clean without conditioner mixed in. I know the formula contains ingredients such as zinc pyrithione, sulfates, fragrance and other ingredients that can potentially irritate or dry the scalp for some people, but after all these years I personally have never had an issue with it.
