The capsules are rather large but with a big gulp of water prior to swallowing, they go down gently. I noticed that on a humid day, the capsules, while in the bottle, stick to each other slightly but they emerge from the bottle individually when the bottle is inverted in order to pour a capsule into your hand.I am using flaxseed capsules in order to improve my LDL which has increased gradually in the past two years. I've used them for a month and a half, recently had blood work done, and my overall cholesterol counts have improved slightly.
