Pros: Cheaper than the Harbor Freight vise of comparable size and heavier 4" jaw, 4" opening, and 2.75" throat. Pretty heavily reinforced in areas that other vises seem to skimp and break (Clamping thread and front lip) Comes with a nice set of soft vise magnetic jaws perfect for other work. Cons: Not Cast Steel or Forged Steel (but for this cheap, can't complain) The handle is not the highest quality with the end caps being threaded on (semi-poor threads), but it hasn't bent yet. I'll update my review if I find any weak points or spots that need improvement. Review: Good for the money, but doesn't (my fault for not studying the photo) swivel. - Without being able to swivel, it's less useful. ...but otherwise, GREAT for the money. Screw is covered (for rust prevention, cleanliness with lubricated screw, and smooth open-close with big slide mechanism. You may need to use brake cleaner on the factory grease coating to break it up and then reapply new lube to free up the action, as mine probably sat for a long time before shipping and the factory lube got tacky.
