I love this product. A chiropractor recommended it...I was in severe pain, my muscles and tendons were severely stressed, I went to ER thinking I was having a stroke...ER DR told me I need to relax, no stroke,but, my muscles stiff as a board. A few says after taking this product I was amazed that I had actually slept thru the night. Then I realized my body no longer hurt. And it was not the chiropracter. I stopped seeing him, but, kept taking the capsules. When I ran out, my initial thought was to schedule a visit with the chiroprachter just to get the capsules, but, my daughter suggested I go on line and get them direct. So happy I did. I highly recommend Baldrian Plus. It has worked wonders for me.

I've used this product for years for minor back and shoulder pain relief. It works well and I always keep a bottle in my cabinet for occasional pain.

Have used this for years for muscle spasms in my neck and back, originally got from my first chiropractor. Recently, the mfc changed to capsule instead of elongated tablet and that's why only 3 ⭐. Valerian root has a nasty odor to it, which is now all too apparent in capsule form. While I usually prefer capsules due to the greater absorbance, this is one supplement I don't care for in this form.
