My Mazda 6 came without one. It's back window serves as the antenna. So I drilled a hole on my roof and installed this antenna with the housing designed for Jetta, then wired it to my aftermarket stereo. It works better than the stock setup. Love it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lots of interference low signal level *by T***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 15, 2015* After driving for over two years with it ( so yeah, tested and then some) I notice after swapping to a smaller antenna that this one has a lot of interference and low signal level.Antennas need to be tuned to the frequency they will operate in, and all have a bandwidth (range above and below the tuned frequency they can operate efficiently) this antenna gets reception only in a few stations but is quickly overpowered if passing close to another's station antenna, this means that the antenna is not tuned correctly for FM use (maybe am radio is better, but never used it) a 1/8 wave antenna would be 15 inches, a 5/32 wave would be 18.83" so this antenna falls short of a 5/32 but long for a 1/8 wavelength, going to try a 15" antenna next. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have music again! *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 23, 2016* My husband drives a 2008 VW rabbit and his antenna broke off while he was going through a car wash.
