Absolutely Love This Steam Cleaner!
I can’t say enough good things about this steam cleaner! It works wonderfully and has completely changed the way I clean. The steam power is strong and effective, making tough messes and grime disappear with ease. One of my favorite features is the multiple attachments—they make it so versatile! I’ve used it on floors, kitchen surfaces, bathroom tiles, and even upholstery. Switching between attachments is quick and simple, and each one feels like it was designed for a specific job. The build quality is solid, and it heats up fast, so I’m not waiting around to get started. Plus, it’s lightweight and easy to maneuver, which makes cleaning less of a chore. If you’re looking for a reliable steam cleaner that delivers amazing results and offers flexibility for different cleaning tasks, this is the one. Highly recommend!

Needs some elbow work for tough jobs, but results are rewarding.
I haven't used a steam cleaner since I was 17. It looked like a mini Zamboni for cleaning floors, when I was a student at Northfield Mt Hermon school , and it was my job. And when I went to work summers there. I didn't know how small it was. But good things come in small packages. I've been a bachelor for 25 years. I came home to care for my Mother 20 years ago. She kept the house neat as long as she could. I was a Factory Rep, long hours on the road, 200-400 miles a day. House work wasn't my bag, Dad. When she passed I worked even more. After 10-12 hours, who wants to do housework? Now I'm retired, for the 2nd time. This place is a mess. I need help. So I bought this. The bath is horrible. I take a shower. I go out, do a little yard work, go do some photography, go for a long bike ride. Take a shower. My Daughter needs a place to live for a while, so I told her Sure! "Can you clean the bath?" So, I bought this. Who cares what the bath looks like, as long as I'm clean? It took over three hours. I'd fill it and wait 10 minutes for it to heat up till the light went off. At 40 ounces it has one of the biggest tanks and a good rating. Of course I did it on the hottest days of the month. in the end, it was worth it. She came in to help with cleaning, took a look at the bath, and said "WOW! It's a snap to use, but as some people have said, it's hard on your hand to hold the trigger. I have strong hands, and after the full 40 minutes it wore me down. Then there's a 30 minute wait until your next session. The results are worth it. This is a 61 year old bathtub with little care. The black spots need to be filled in with grout repair. But it needs more than one microfiber cloth for the "clothes steamer", what I used to clean the tiles and the tub. 5 would be nice. And the large floor brush runs the steam down fast. You have to stop and wait to get full power. And the "large" brushes are tiny. 4 inches would be nice. My next attack will be the 30 year old No Wax floor in the kitchen. Watch this space, it's coming tomorrow. Oh, and I also bought distilled water at the grocery. Distilled water is $1.49 a gallon. White vinegar is $2.99 a gallon, and requires a 30 minute cleaning time if you use tap water. I prefer using the time to ride my bicycles. After 3 hours cleaning time, I've used 1/3 gallon.

Great for stubborn jobs, hose DOES get hot after a bit... 4 stars!
I purchased the 925 Steam with the intent to clean baseboards and doors, and eventually a used grill I purchased. So far, I have only accomplised the baseboards and doors with caked on hairspray from doing your hair in front of it :) It does a GREAT job... LOTS of steam and heat to break through what is probably 15 years of dust in the apartment. I was a little worried it would take the paint off, but so far it didn't. Just have a towel available to wipe off the gunk that it breaks down for quick cleanup. I WILL say, that YES.. the hose DOES get hot after about 5 minutes of use. (I am used to using a Shark steamer, and never had that issue, but I bought this one for the bigger/tougher jobs.) However, I just take breaks with it because my hands get a little tired after too much use. Just let it heat back up and go again! It's a great tool.. and I haven't even used the other attachments yet!

Durability and weight are 100% perfect for cleaning
The quality is perfect. Easy-to-use, very powerful. Looks great. Love the water capacity it holds. Dosen't take 5 gallons and hard to move around. Very light weight. I use it weekly.

Sprays more water than steam!
I bought this after reading all the positive reviews and I had high expectations. I will list where I used the steamer and how it performed in those areas. Floors: I immediately used the floor attachment to mop my floor and I gotta say that I was not impressed. It cleaned my floor, but it did not easily remove stuck on food that was on the floor. I even hovered the steamer on top of the stain for a couple of seconds and it still did not come off. It took some scrubbing (the floor attachment is a brush that you just put a pad over) and various passes over the food for it to come of. Stove top: I then used it on my stove (with is what I mainly bought it for). I only used steam and did not use the provided brush heads and it did very little on my stove. Some grease did come off but my stained stove top is still stained. I also want to add that these are not old stains as I just moved into my apartment 2 weeks ago. So I was not impressed that it could not even remove recent stove stains. I will have to go back and clean those stains since it did not clean well. Carpet: I used the steamer to remove stained areas on my carpet where the ATT cable guy had left tracks of some type of dried up figs (there is a fig tree by out apartment). In this area the steamer worked wonderfully! I just sprayed a little steam over the area and went over it with a rag and it cleaned up the stain nicely. Toilet: I used the steamer to clean the toilet and it preformed fairly well with just the steam and a rag to wipe up the mess. Keep in mind however my toilet is not that dirty but it did have stains from my toddler "missing" the toilet when he peed. Mirrors/Widows: This is where the steamer performed HORRIBLY IN!! The steamer would throw out more water than steam and there were streaks of water coming down my mirror! It especially did this when I was first pressing the steam trigger after letting go for awhile. I had to stop steaming because it was making a bigger mess than it was cleaning. Couch: I then used the floor attachment and rag (clean one) on my couches. Keep in mind my couches are microfiber so they are supposed to clean easily. Well once again the steamer through out more water than steam at times and parts of my couch ended up extremely wet. However, it did clean them fairly well (only leaving an occasional stain behind). I think this is where the brush on the floor attachment works well (this is the same attachment used on the couches). Overall, I think the steamer worked OK. It really annoyed me that it literally squirted water out instead of steam at times. Keep in mind also that I did not use any of the small brushes that came. And that the handle can also get too hot to even hold which for me is a problem since I have arthritis so I would have to wear gloves. I have my reserves of whether or not I would purchase this unit again especially at its not higher price (it went up over $7 since I purchased it on 07/24/12. However, I am keeping it and do not hate it enough to go through the hassle of returning this big unit to amazon.

Great for Wallpaper removal
We just received this today and I had to try it out. I bought this with the intention of wallpaper removal. Seriously why did I listen to all those people who told me the steam removal wasn't worth the time or money on the steamer? If you have wallpaper and want it gone- this will definitely help! Not only does it ease the removal process, it makes the clean-up 10x faster. Last weekend we finally decided to tackle the horrid wallpaper in our hallway. We scored all the walls, sprayed the fabric softener and went to it. To call it a mess is a tremendous understatement. Took a bit to get it loose and then we had to keep spraying the solution to loosen the paper and glue. Scrape and spray. Over and over and over. The portions we did looked like a war zone. We kept slipping on the glue / fabric softener mess. My husband and I spent about 5 hours and got a bit less than half the hallway done. An hour of that was clean up. This is what I was told was the easiest way. It most definitely was not. A co-worker mentioned using a steamer and how much easier and cleaner it was. Enter the Wagner 915 Steamer. This made a chore into a breeze. Well it's still pealing wallpaper, but you get the idea. I read the manual, put the water in with the included funnel, turned it on and waited till the red light went off. Placed the wall plate against the wall and held it in place for 20 seconds. Moved it and started getting an edge up. Once I had the edge up it was steam and peal. Spent about an hour, till the Wagner 915 ran out of steam, and got a good sized bit done by myself. There was less destruction the the wall beneath, much less effort, and so much less mess. I added about 48 oz of water to the unit and waited 20 minutes to begin. The hose is long and easy to maneuver, the wheels make it easy to navigate the main unit. The power cord is short, maybe 3 feet long, so I used an extension cord. I do not have tons of upper body strength and had no issues with an extender holding the steam plate in place. Our home is small, the hallway is actually the shape of the letter "F". The kids couldn't go to the bathroom without being carried by my husband last weekend, now with the baby it's not a problem. I know that may not seem like it would be a big issue but alas it was. I've included pictures, The first is at the beginning of the session. The next image is the corner where we stopped last weekend (look at all the spackle!) and the wall I did tonight. The final image is when I was done- all I had done was throw the paper into a trash bag, no mopping at that point. I am not covered in slime, my home doesn't reek of chemicals, and my family wasn't displaced by the project. Definitely worth the money. I have no used it for cleaning yet, but will update when I do.

I wish I got a steam cleaner 25 years ago.
I've had this for a little over a week. So far I love it. I'm talking about having a steam cleaner in general, not this product in particular. I've gotten things a lot cleaner than I could before with just cleaner and a rag. A rag just spreads the dirt around. Not to mention all the water that is required with the constant rinsing. This isn't a miracle worker, there is still time and wiping involved. It really loosens things up and generally doesn't require scrubbing, just a wipe down of the surface. I love that it gets into all the cracks, crevices, and seams that I could not get too before. I've used it on my oven door and broiler pans with the hard brush head attachment. It takes a lot of work but compared to using cleaners/baking soda/hot water it seems to be more effective and the scrubber head does the elbow work. I haven't gotten them completely done though. I think maybe a combination of cleaners and the steamer would be best for that purpose. I still have a lot I want to use it on. It doesn't remove set in stains, you will need help with things like that. I don't have any carpeting so cannot comment on that. It does work on walls. You need to be cautious on painted surfaces an appliance enamels. Light steam is best for those so you don't remove the paint. Flat paint is more difficult to clean, but on semi-gloss and satin it works pretty well. I've been able to clean things that are high up. You do need to watch for dripping water when reaching overhead. I've also used it to loosen adhesives and gummy items. You will still need to scrape them up but they come up easily after steaming. Another big benefit is that it sanitizes. I'm using it to sanitize toys for our church nursery. It says not to use it on hardwood floors because it might warp the wood, but I have used it cautiously on some spots and it did all right. I just used it briefly and kept water wiped up. I really regret not getting a steam cleaner years ago. It would have made move out cleaning of base housing and apartments so much easier. I've been using it almost every day. I plan on using it in the kitchen at least twice a week and in the bathrooms once a week. I've been using it for heavy cleaning and general daily/weekly household chores. For this product in particular: I love the long hose and the two extensions. I have a very high ceiling and I have not been able to clean it or the upper wall areas yet. I bought it for this purpose. (I still have to get to that). With the wands and long hose I should be able to reach the high corners just by standing on my step stool. (I'm afraid of heights so don't get on ladders) My original purpose in buying this is that it would loosen the grime so that I could wipe it off with a mop head or Swiffer. I don't think that will be a problem. The cord is really short. That makes it difficult for the lower level of my home where there are sections with no outlets. I also wish the cord was retractable or had something on the unit to wrap it around. The hose is really long, which I like, but when storing I don't quite know what to do with it. The hinges on the cover already broke. The cover kept coming off. I'll need to take a pic I think to illustrate. I don't really mind because it saves opening and closing it to get to the water tank and brush heads. I think the cover is mostly for aesthetic purposes. That might bother some people, though. I think Wagner needs to look at a solution to that. It only comes with one cloth for the large scrubber head. I need more but don't know where to get them or which ones are compatible. I've seen generic ones I just need to measure to see what size to get.
