I was initially worried after reading many negative reviews saying the machine was not working or used one But, my experience has completely different. I bought this machine today and tested it immediately after unboxing. It is working fine as of now, and all basic functions are operating properly. This machine is suitable for basic stitching like blouses and small alterations. Of course, it is not meant for heavy or professional use, but as a beginner or for light home use, it does the job well. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase and feel it is worth the money.

I had a very disappointing experience with this purchase. The first sewing machine I received (delivered on June 2) was clearly a used product with the box seal already opened. I requested a replacement, expecting a new and properly functioning machine. The replacement arrived on June 12, but it was just as disappointing. The box seal was again opened, and the machine was of extremely poor quality—it felt like a toy and was not usable at all. I had to spend a lot of time coordinating pickups and repeatedly contacting Amazon customer support. Despite numerous calls and follow-ups, the entire process caused unnecessary stress and wasted my time. I expected a new, working product, but instead received two unacceptable units. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I've had, and I hope Amazon improves its quality checks to prevent other customers from facing the same issue.I do not recommend anyone to spend this much money on this product.

Bought the SINGER Tailor Mate Straight Stitch Sewing Machine for home use. The setup was simple and the machine is easy to handle for basic stitching. The LED light is useful and the free arm helps while stitching sleeves. Overall, a good option for beginners and regular home sewing.

Got used and defective product. Not working properly. Thread keeps on breaking and stiches are horrible

Calling this brand disappointing is an understatement! I’ve already given up on no-name machines costing 100–200 euros because of their plastic parts—one of them I even returned. For this machine, they advertised metal parts; sure, the feed dogs are metal, but the parts most prone to wear are still plastic! I’ve been sewing as a hobby for years and I need a simple machine—the casing doesn’t matter to me. One thing I know: whether you sew professionally or as a hobby, the bobbin and access to it, plus the presser foot, are things you use constantly. That’s why a plastic presser foot and a plastic bobbin case in a machine of this class and price is a real scandal. I do not recommend this model at all! You spend 300 euros and still end up with a machine that’s problematic. This one is going straight back.
