It's like baby powder 5000. You only need the tiniest amount and it lasts AGES. Also it's a compelte dupe for L'Erbolario Iris, maybe even stronger. Something in my brain doesn't agree with this scent but I can recognise its good value for money, and it absolutely does smell like its name.

I’ve been wearing this oil all week and everyday I’m astounded at its longevity and its gradually developing scent. It’s quite powerful upon first application but as it warms, it’s truly wonderful. Soft, comforting, not sweet but honeyed. Initially it reminded me of penhaligons talcon powder that my mum used to use on us as kids, not so much baby powder, but there is that powdered note; however it changes over time into something so delicate and delicious you want to nuzzle into it. I’ve had three people in five days tell me I smell amazing and ask what it is. That’s the genius of it! This scent smells so natural but noticeable. Cannot recommend enough. I’ve ordered more because as someone who’s unbelievably picky about scents, this one will stand the test of time. I’m truly amazed and impressed considering price point and quality. Please never stop making this Arabian Opulence!!!

Nowhere near as nice as other baby powder fragrances, this has a generic perfume smell which lasts all of five minutes on the skin. EDIT: I came back to this after a couple of months and I don't know whether the perfume has 'rested' (some oils do benefit from being left for a while before use), but it's developed into something absolutely stunning. It still has the slightly generic perfume blast on application, but after five minutes it becomes the most glorious, powdery, musky skin scent, warm and comforting. The sort of fragrance which invites you in for a closer nuzzle. It's reminiscent of my all-time favourite, Shalimar (and actually more like Shalimar than AO's Shalimar dupe). And the longevity has improved, too - it's still there next morning after a pre-bed application (it's a gorgeous bed-time scent). Even my husband loves it and he hates perfume usually. I've reordered twice now, including a 15ml bottle from AO's website. I can't apologise for my initial duff review enough - I won't be without this from now on. Editing to say that I've now worn this perfume daily for almost two years and have made dozens of repeat purchases both via Amazon and Arabian Opulence directly (whichever I choose delivery is always within 48 hours). Not a week goes by without at least a couple of strangers stopping me to ask what perfume I'm wearing. Some people have gone to Amazon there and then and placed their own orders (if you're reading this and this is you, hello again!). It's my signature fragrance and I'm begging AO to never, ever discontinue it. Also heartening to see that despite the soaring cost of everything, AO have only increased the price by mere pennies in two years. A truly affordable treat. I'll see you all in another couple of years for another update!

Love the smell of baby powder and this smells the same. Had to knock off a star as the smell doesn’t last as long as I hoped but that won’t deter me from repurchasing.

In fairness it does smell of baby powder. Just very linear - a clean smell that you could dab on clothes but a bit too dull for me.

Lovely, smells like the pink baby lotion by Johnsons and it lasts.

Don't often leave reviews but felt i had to thought it would be nice faint perfume totally opposite cheap and nasty can't get rid of smelly certainly not delicate

L'odeur sent très très bon, ça sent vraiment une sorte de crème pour bébé et la senteur tiens vraiment plusieurs heures. L'odeur nest pas du tout écœurante. Je suis étonnement satisfaite de ce petit parfait vraiment pas chère

I love this perfume. The smell is 100% wet baby wipes and the scent stays very long. Normally Iwant to reapply on shift break, but this is good the entire shift and beyond. I ordered even more of these perfume oils, low key fan girling over here. It also feels like they are more discreetly intense. Normal perfumes seem to spread in the room you are. So everyone has to smell it from across the room, which I find offensive with certain smells and intensitys, but these ones you only smell when huging the person wearing it or the breeze outside hits just right and then it's intense. Private but stong. The price is also amazing. And even though I have neurodermitis and a bunch of contact allergies, I haven't reacted to even 1 of 6 of these oils. Normal perfumes is like 50/50 if I react ot not. I guess it might be because there is no alcohol in it to weaken the skin barrier. No alkohol also means it won't dry out the hair... Just roll the roll on over the palm of your hand and distribute it in the hair.

Hele lekkere geur, Brengt me meteen terug naar de badmomenten bij mijn oma. Ik vind het niet meteen naar baby-poeder ruiken. De geur veranderd naarmate de dag vordert naar de geur van baby-poppen uit de jaren '80. Je moet slechts een heel klein beetje gebruiken anders is de geur te penetrant. En opletten, dit is een olieparfum, dus niet meteen in de zon gaan lopen, want dat kan voor irritatie zorgen zoals sommige mensen reeds beschreven. Test eerst op een gevoelige plaats vb. De binnenkant van je polsen.
