I’ve been using it for about two weeks now, brewing it in a small cezve on the stove almost every morning.The grind is very fine, which is exactly what you want for Turkish coffee. It blooms nicely in the water and creates a thick foam if you take your time with the heat. The aroma is rich and familiar, and the flavor is bold without being harsh. It has a deep, slightly smoky profile with a smooth finish, especially when brewed slowly. It's not been easy for me to find good Turkish coffee locally. This arrived quickly and is so, so good. I absolutely prefer the Turkish style coffee to regular coffee. Nice and strong, brews quickly in my electric Turkish coffee maker. Love, love, love! <3 Will definitely order again.
