Nikita: The Complete Series

I am a late fan of the Nikita craze! I love the character and I am already into this series. This is the second show based on Nikita. There was an earlier version done in the 90's You will really enjoy this show if you like action and or Nikita from earlier versions. This show is well written and the action is fantastiic. The actors are all well cast and really do a great job involving you into a complicated plot and opening it up from a point of view that sells the fact that the story actually started a while back, Maggie Q is perfect as Nikita she has big shoes to fill from previous incarnations of the character. She definitely makes the character her own and adds nice touches along the way. The quality of the set is excellent. The price is right to get the set at a reasonable price and enjoy the whole set.

I like Maggie Q on Designated Survivor so I decided to buy all the episodes from her earlier show. I watched season 1 of Nikita when it originally aired, and remembered liking it but stopped watching after season 1 (I don't remember why). I've been watching the blu ray since I bought it, and I'm very impressed with the show. Maggie Q is even better than she is on Designated Survivor since she is the star of this show and is given much more to do. All the other characters are great and I love the story lines. I would definitely recommend the complete series of Nikita to anyone who likes Maggie Q, Designated Survivor, and/or the Jack Bauer 24 series I'm currently halfway through season 3 and I'm not looking forward to the show ending soon. I bought the blu ray complete series for approximately $ 30, and I'm very happy I did!

I've been a fan of Shane West for 20+ years so thought why not check out this series. Lots of action, great actors/actresses and keeps you wanting more. Maggie Q & Lyndsey Fonseca are also amazing in the series. Glad I bought the series & love the special features also!

Good series especially on Blu-ray. I have seen this before on DVD but Blu-ray is better and sound is better, 5.1 dolby

I really enjoyed this series, I like the action and female characters.

Am really burning through the series fast. Great show which keeps me guessing what's next. I would have liked to see six and even seven seasons. Story picks up nicely after every episode. Maggie Kicks and then some. Good stories, great acting and really i love watching scenes where i know that particular location , whether it be Mississauga, or Toronto. Spotted City Hall, The Maryilyn Monroe Buildings . Nice to see all of these as it makes me feel i have some connection with DIVISION. Do you Copy????

I like the plots and I like the action. There is an evil guy named Percy who really can portray evil. The bad part about the show is that they are trying to show that the assassins have a human side to them and they show their life story with their suffering in their past and their present. Ok fine, they are human. What gets nauseating is when Nikita starts talking in her low voice and talking about feelings and family it makes me want to mute it. It is too much. On more than one episode I had to suffer through it and almost turned the show off. It was so annoying. I got the series for what I thought was a low price. Had I paid a higher price my review would have been even lower as I would have felt ripped off. UPDATE: I upgraded from 3 stars to 4 as I went further into the series the episodes got better and Nikita not so emotional. If she was not so emotional I would give it 5 stars. The show finale was the best finale I ever saw.

All four series for $35 You can't beat it it's a great action drama I love Maggie q. Whoever says that she's too dramatic doesn't get that this is a drama and supposed to be she's really good. Will keep you on the end of your seat wanting to watch the episodes I already watched the four seasons twice and I'm on my 3rd with the new four discs I just received thank you.

Recieved this a week ago and I have already watched the first series so I feel I can review my findings now...Firstly...I was a fan of the La Femme Nikita..the one staring Peta Wilson (personally the best series and actress for this style of Action/Drama)...but after watching this, so far I'm loving it...Once I got used to the fact it's more of a carry on from the first series ...this time trying to bring down Division then I was hooked...it has a new set of twists and just as much back handed back stabbing characters...no one can be trusted..!!...My review though is to tell you more about the discs themselves....They are well presented...however..there is only a episode selection in the menu so you must remember where you left off...my Blu ray player remembers for me so I'm ok...as to the qualty of the blu ray itself...the picture is first class...full 1080p and full size ( no black bars top and bottom) and the sound is first class (5.1)..the steering is very good and when the action starts such as gunfire...you can actually feel the power of the guns,unlike some movies I have watched where they sound like a wet fart....Usually the speech can be drowned out or you have to adjust the speech to the action...not with these...they are spot on..in other words...they are very well recorded....If your looking for a well filmed well recorded with engaging characters series give this a go...and not a bad price for the full set...Cheers

海外盤なので少し不安有りましたが、皆さんのレビューを見てから購入。10日ちょっとで届きました。シーズン1からシーズン3までは4枚組。シーズン4は1枚です。 パナのディーガで普通に再生出来ました。音声は日本語、英語。日本語字幕もあります。 内容はすごく面白いですが、ここでは書きませんね。 とにかく海外盤は安い。これでは国内盤は高くて売れないですね。 国内メーカーは考えたほうがいいですよ。 事情は色々あるのは分かりますが。国内盤は2万近くですよね。海外盤の4倍ですよ。 しかもディスクを入れ再生すると日本語での説明が始まります。 国内盤と全く中身は一緒ですよね？ シーズン1から4までのコンプリートセットが5千円切ってるなんて、もう買うしかありませんよ。

A very enjoyable series, with great acting and a very beautiful and talented star cast as Nikita. The series contains drama and lots of action with a great cast of actors and actresses.

Die Serie ist leider nirgends stream-bar und ich habe sie mir deshalb hier bestellt. Qualität passt super, aber es gibt leider keine Deutsche Audiospur, was uns bewusst war und uns auch nicht weiter stört. Im Originalton sind die meisten Serien und Filme sowieso besser.
