My dentists and hygienists have always been telling me to floss, which I hated. It never seemed to do anything for me. I have long searched for a dental *tape* (similar to the one hygienists use). This item is *exactly* what I was looking for. It helped me remove a lot of coffee / berries / tea residue from my teeth (particularly sides of the teeth) in the first application. My teeth look so much better now. I *LOVE* this tape, and I intend to use it forever. In fact, I will get one for my mom as well.

This worked well to polish out stains between my teeth. It is very abrasive so use it sparingly as it will wear away some enamel if you aren’t careful. The plastic tape is a bit too thick to get between some of my teeth which was a bit annoying, but overall this is a good product. The floss box has no way to cut the strips so you need some scissors which makes this 4 star.

Bought this dental polishing strip to remove the stubborn stains between my front upper teeth which could get rid off from normal tooth brushing. Overall, it does its job, the grit is fine and contours well. A little fiddly at first, but got the hang of it after a few attempts. The 4mm fits perfectly between my teeth as they are quite close with each other. I less 2 stars based on the fact that the box does not have a cutter to separate the strip and its a little pricey. Otherwise is a good product and will purchase again.

Great idea but unfortunately, it doesn't fit in between my teeth (got the fine one).

Thought I was being clever buying what my dental hygienist uses, but I was wrong. This stuff is unmanageable, I can’t use it between wide gaps in my teeth easily and it gets completely stuck between narrower gaps that are too wide for floss or normal tape. It’s going in the bin!

Works a treat

It seems like a good product but I find it very difficult to manipulate. It is very difficult to get between your teeth unless you have lots of space. Having said that if you can use it it is probably a great product

It was very helpful to find this normally 'professional use only' product online during the Covid crisis because it saved me booking time with a dentist to have the sharp edge of a cracked veneer sanded down. I had to use it very carefully to ensure I didn't touch the enamel of the tooth. For my purposes I loved this product but would strongly not recommend it for tooth whitening. Yes it works but sanding away the finite enamel on your teeth is not a wise thing to do. Dentists should really only be using this product to smooth out fillings etc.

Nastro abrasivo interdentale equivalente a quello usato dai dentisti. Fatene un uso attento e non esagerato in quanto è facile rovinare lo smalto se si esagera. Adatto per rimuovere il tartaro più ostinato, soprattutto tra gli incisivi. Se i denti sono troppo vicini non sarà possibile inserire il nastro e non consiglio di forzarne l'inserimento se troppo difficoltoso. Non è di facile utilizzo, se avete dei dubbi su come usarlo consiglierei di lasciar fare al dentista.

Es lo que había pedido, una lija formato pequeño y grano fino, blanqueador???? Más bien pulidor, y es igual que la de las clínicas dentales...yo estoy contenta...es lo esperado

Es muy efectivo, fácil de usar y se puede meter entre los dientes perfectamente, es fino.
