In fact, even as I'm writing this review, I'm waiting for the Usborne Greek Myths (Fairy tale) Hardcover book to be delivered. So, you can imagine my commitment to this particular publisher. This particular book is more suited for:- (a) reading to newborn for bringing new words into their vocabulary, (b) toddlers who don't read yet but can sit with you as you read the fairytale. And they follow the story through the pictures and illustrations, and (c) kids who are just starting to read since the fairy tale is written in lucid, easy to understand style and the illustrations and will pique their interest and excitement. Oh...By the way, I don't have a kid. And I buy these books for myself. LOL. Who says adults can't enjoy kiddie books. If you don't have a kid, buy it for the child in you. Happy Reading everyone!!! Beautifully illustrated, reprinted version
As with all Usborne books, this is beautifully illustrated. Contains 10 fairy tales, decent size print and clear, pretty pictures. Well written and easy for kids to follow along. Downside is the cover (appears to be very flimsy, and the binding will not last long). The size could have been a little bigger too - this is just 20cm in length. One star deducted since the description showed "Country of Origin" as United Kingdom, but the version recieved clearly shows "Printed in India"

Liked the page quality and many illustraions.My 4 month old likes to see colorful pages. Price on the higher side but i dont mind

Beautiful book. The illustrations are lovely. The quality is fantastic hence a good choice if you are looking for a keepsake.

Book is good, packaging was bad

It was a gift for a recipient in Canada, which I ordered from Europe for delivery in Canada. An illustration of the cover can be found on amazon.co.uk. The spontaneous response ( of the parents) to me was: "We received the book today. It’s amazing. The children love the beautiful illustrations and it gives for wonderful bedtime stories."
