It’s an excellent product. Well designed and does a good job as I can spray and wipe clean too. In these lockdown days with no home help it’s super useful and just hangs behind a door for storage. The cleaning mop just pulls apart for washing. I would highly recommend this product

I bought this in November 2019. Started using it after the covid hit due to no maid service. I'm very happy to have bought this product. especially the mop, which is too good to use. Handle could've been little long but nevertheless it's handy. One should know the technique to use the product effectively. Otherwise it's easy to complain. Highly recommended for self house cleaning. Not recommended for maid use.

Over all it's a good product for floor cleaning. . Window cleaning is possible with this product only if u a living in a bunglow. Or u have a huge balcony. Otherwise if u make it short u can't use the spray.

It is very easy to use and an excellent mop for marble and skid proof tiles.. Recently with maid troubles I looked and tried couple of manual mops as automatic and electric ones were expensive and i was unsure.. This one serves the purpose of an Indian household.. Really light and easy to use.. very happy with.. highly recommend buying additional cloths for big houses

It was really very disgusting to notice such a callous approach from Amazon. I had purchased Smile Moo 4 in 1 and made payment accordingly. However, to my surprise, my earlier purchased Smile Mom 2 in 1 which was found faulty and returned back, was cleverly repacked and sent in place of the 4 in 1 product. Unfortunately I am unable to have any sort of conversation with Amazon the product, hence writing it down as an remark. Also, I have given this reason while requesting for return

Its nit good as it look... easy to use but it doenst clean floor as other mops will.

I had got fed up trying out different home cleaning tools. While we have a lady who comes to clean up the rest of the house, I prefer cleaning my room myself. But I hate to bend while using a broom or while sweeping, which is needed with the amount of dust and dirt most urban apartments in India tend to collect everyday. I wasn't very hopeful when I ordered this mop, but was pleasantly surprised how effective it is. It is convenient, effective, takes less time, and uses a fraction of the water that generally used to get wasted in cleaning. I actually enjoy doing the cleaning every morning now! Highly recommended whether you do the cleaning on your own and have someone else to do it.
