I’m doing both inside and outside scroll work. For the inside I use a 3/16 pilot hole to thread the saw blade through. I’m sandwiching two sheets of 3/16 ply together and the cuts are straight and clean. When I only use 1 sheet of 3/16 ply the cuts are of course faster and still clean. The thickest wood I’ve used with these blades is ½ inch maple. Smooth, clean, able to make tight turns, and sharp corners.
