I would play this game any time, especially given the play time, and look forward to even more plays to see new strategies and ideas emerge. Hardly waiting for the extension. As a minus..the box was a bit damaged.

Arrived earlier than expected - packaged well - all pieces accounted for - very good price - Rarewaves USA are a great company to buy from, and this game is brilliant!

One very happy hubby bit of something from all different types of games so a good all rounded for board game fans.(strategy, dice, combat ect ) can also be played solo.

Best game I ever played. I love it. I wish there was a smaller box inside to store small pieces once opened.

A game i backed on Kickstarter ( you got a few extra cards and a tax stand construction, nice but not essential) and one i am definitely not disappointed with. I like the different paths to victory and the variable start characters. Useful solo rules too. There is a slight amount of 'take that' with some of the mechanics but its never really bad and can help pull back anyone who appears to be running away with things. Plays best at 3-4.

Bought it for my son and he hasn’t complained. Which means it’s good.

Really great worker placement game. Medium difficulty. I would say it is about the same level as Caverna. Good quality product and good value for money.

I am sure the game itself is nice, but I bought a "used as new version" and had a bad experience. The box looked clean and well sealed, but once opened it was missing the following: all the coins, 13 out of 35 red clay wodden tokens, AND THE MAIN BOARD! Also weirdly enough it had an EXTRA black character mat not mentioned in the manual, but I read this can happen. I suspect that it is more likely that the box had been tampered with and resealed, rather than this being a factory mistake. In any case I had to return it as unusable. Returns should really be checked thoroughly before reselling.

This game is awesome. There are so many nuances to the game that it is easily one of my favorites, and it is the game that I want to play the most. Components: This box is jam packed with stuff - it's hard to fit it all! The game board is beautiful, and is very nice quality. The workers and goods are all nicely produced wooden pieces, and the cards are quality stock. The minor things that I find less desirable are that the box could definitely benefit from a better insert for organization purposes (I had to modify mine to contain sleeved cards and all the other components and was even a tight fit without sleeves with the "insert"). Additionally, they give you cards to represent multiples of goods which I am not a big fan of. I just wish I had more goods, and a better insert to handle these pieces as there is room. Neither of these things affects gameplay, but they are something I wish they had done differently. Lastly, I wish the player boards were made of thick cardboard, as that would have really made it pop. With these few things, the look and feel is not as great as it could and should be - although it is still incredible. Gameplay: There are two main ways to try to get larger amounts of victory points, with lots of ways to get smaller amounts of victory points as well so that players can pick different ways to try and win. There is some player interaction in this game as well which is great because lots of worker placement games are mainly trying to see which spaces are still open, and where your opponents may place their workers - not this game, here you want to pay attention to where other players are putting their workers so that you can capture them to acquire things you want. The fact that you start with all your workers is also really cool. There are so many places to put your workers..... Oh yeah, it also has a good solo mode, and you can play 2 players with and auto - very cool and well thought out. Overall: For my minor issues I would normally take a star off because this game looks AMAZING, and then there are some shortcuts taken, which for me I normally find dissapointing. HOWEVER, the gameplay is sooooo great that I just can't bring myself to do that. 5 stars.

Había leído mucho del juego antes de comprarlo y aunque tenía mis dudas, lo compré y no me arrepiento. Primero hay que decir que el juego es de estilo Workplacement, es de los creadores de raiders y explorers, ambos excelentes juegos. La mecánica de este es ligeramente diferente y esto hace que tenga ese toque que lo distingue de todos los demas de su clase y del mismo diseñador. Su arte es total garantía y la calidad de los componentes impecable. Habiendo dicho esto, creo lo más importante que puedo resaltar es que si estás buscando un juego del género este será una excelente compra, incluso en la primera partida con tan solo unos 5 o 6 turnos ya vas descubriendo todas las posibilidades que hay y te das cuenta que hay muchas estrategias para obtener la victoria, algo impresindible en un juego workplacement. Se enseña y se entiende muy rápido y luego de esos primeros turnos se desarrolla muy fluida la partida, incluso podría decir que es un juego bastante rápido de terminar y te qudas con la sensación de que te faltó unos turnos más para lograr esos puntos que querías cosa que en mi opinión no es nada malo sino agrega ese factor para su rejugabilidad. La temática de construcción de edificios se logra muy bien, hay una relación muy buena entre las acciones, los trabajadores y los personajes. En general creo que puede ser una excelente compra para quienes disfrutan de este estilo de juegos.
