Menopause has been kicking my behind for about 18 months. I have made many trips to the doctor, we tried other medications, with no consistent relief. I was very moody, tired, and well....GRUMPY. Within 2-3 days I was feeling better and after 3-4 weeks I was totally back to my normal (happy) personality. This stuff is AMAZING!

I have for months been wondering what was wrong with me! I had almost all symptoms of perimenopause. I looked up supplements for it and this had best reviews. I was so scared in November I kept having heart palpitations non stop, had an ekg went to 2 doctors count figure it out. Waking up feeling like I was on fire or sweating badly. Nothing medically wrong with my heart! Started taking these vitamins 2 every night before bed within 3 days I was feeling like me again!! My pms has calmed down and heart palps gone! If I miss my dose i know it. 5 stars!!!!!

So far so good, I seem to get better sleep and less night sweats and when I do they are not as bad. The first night I took them I was so happy to sleep for 5 hours straight after suffering from sleep deprivation. I have only been taking them for 3 1/2 weeks and hope that they will work more on my day sweats I get when I get upset or nervous. I also hope it stops my mood swings. I'll report back after using it another month.

I purchased these based on the reviews. I had been on HRT for many years and finally wanted to stop. I was off of HRT for 15 months, within a few weeks I was getting many of the symptoms I had 9 years ago. I was getting hot flashes, foggy brain, fatigued, moody, severe headaches, vaginal dryness (within 3 months) and little to no sex drive. It was unbearable and frustrating. I ordered one bottle (60 capsules) to try for one month. When the product arrived, I took 2 capsules right away. Nothing really happened as I expected but, day two I took 2 capsules in the morning and noticed within a couple of hours that I was not getting the crazy hot flashes during the day and minimal during the night. My foggy brain was starting to clear but, headaches persisted. Day 3 was a magical day for me! I noticed the hot flashes did not occur during the day, minimal in the evening so that I was actually sleeping thru the night. I started to notice some vaginal wetness and my sex drive was in full swing! Alleluia.....I was so happy to finally get back to some normalcy after a year of trying different things that just didn’t work. I am still finishing my first bottle and noticing that every day there is more and more improvement. By Day 7, continuing with 2 capsules in the morning, I noticed that I had more energy, foggy brain cleared completely, happier moods and my headaches had disappeared. I was waiting to review this item, after I had actually used it and long enough to see results.When I first got it, I just added them to my regular handful of supplements, to gulp down and try not to choke on. Then, I decided to try another way. I mix a fiber drink each morning, so instead of "gulping" a pill down, I break them open and put the powder in the capsule in my fiber drink. Then, I also started doing this with my other tablet supplements and noticed an improvement right away.I was really struggling with the mood swings, hot flashes and dark days, that comes along with going through menopause, as I am just entering the world of nightmares, at this point. Very painful cycles, lots of swelling, and just flat out, the most miserable person I could be around.After a couple of weeks of breaking open these capsules and putting them in my fiber drinks, my painful cycles are almost pain free. That was a miracle, in and of itself.
