Can I use it with isomalt?

I think the isomalt will work on acetate sheets. The working temperature for sculpting liquid isomalt shapes does not burn the hands and can be handled. Liquid isomalt is initially very hot, [about the same as a sugar caramel which is well over three hundred degrees which I think will melt the acetate at that point. Acetate sheets [guitar sheets] are not recommended for the oven and I am not sure what the heat tolerance limit is. But it will make an interfesting experiment.

i don't think so isomalt is used at very high temperature in comparison of chocolate .
