The only issue is that the inserts slips while you are putting the shoe on and off. Very annoying. Also, these boots run SMALL. I am sending them back for one size larger. If you are exchanging for another size you will have to return them, your money will be refunded and you will THEN have to order the next size. Living in Central AZ i have 0 need for everyday cold/snow weather items so I didn't want to spend a ton of money for boots I will use once a year. I saw this brand is sold at REI so I purchased them for a great price through Amazon. There wasn't much snow in the forest, maybe an inch or two, but the boots kept my feet warm and dry. I went a half size up so I could wear the boots with thicker socks. I didn't end up doing that, but I definitely had room in the boots to do so. We were out in the forest for about 4 or 5 hours and my feet did not hurt at all. Although I've only worn these once, I was warm, dry and comfortable and believe this won't change when it's time to wear them again in a month for another snow trip. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Way too small *by E***A on Reviewed in the United States on December 9, 2018* I really wanted to keep these. They're cute, warm, and not bulky like some snow boots can be. My normal shoe size is a 7.5. I bought a pair of Northside boots a few years ago in a size 8 and they are roomy enough to be comfy with thick socks. I bought these in a size 8 and they were too small. I sent them back and exchanged for a size 9. The 9s were also too small. I will be returning them.
