The fit is great. Truly do follow the sizing guide and measure your calf and then determine your size based off of that before you simply make a purchase. At first they felt a but tight but once I wore them for a few days I noticed the swelling going down and they fit better around my calf now. I truly appreciate that they are a cotton blend so that when I wear them around the house or with shoes my feet do not slip. They are comfortable to wear all day and have a fun/cute pattern to them. I would certainly recommend them to anyone having swelling issues in their feet, legs, etc. I was worried going with a higher strength compression sock but I feel I made the right choice in getting a stronger compression for my situation. I spend 8-10 hours on my feet working on hard surfaces (i.e. steel, plywood and concrete), these socks truly make a difference in how my feet, ankles and legs feel at the end of the day.

I got the L/XL, Im plus size with size 11 shoe. I am having some health issues that caused edema in my feet, ankles, bottom calves. It would get so bad, I could barely walk. Well, these knee high socks worked wonders! The higher compression rating was perfect. I would put them on as SOON as I woke up in the A. M. before everything swelled back up. There was a difference the very first day but now, after a couple weeks of daily use, I have ‘skinny’ ankles again! Yay! They wash and dry good and they seem very well made. I just ordered 3 more so I have 6 pair. ONE minor issue is one pair from the first batch fit way tighter than the others so I avoid that pair because they are just too tight. Otherwise, very happy and I got lots of compliments on them by the nurses during a recent hospital stay. They’re colorful and cute!

I ordered several different compression socks when my surgeon recommended I use them following ankle surgery. After finding the L/XL too large in another brand, I decided to try these and ordered the S/M. For reference I wear a woman's 8.5 shoe and have 15-15.5" (runner/muscular) calves. I'm average height. I found the footbed of the sock to fit well (I can't imagine the S/M fitting a ladies size 10). The top came up only slightly beyond mid-calf, so felt a bit short to me. The calf also felt tighter than I'd like. The compression was more than I was expecting as well, and while it DID help with swelling in the ankle (a noticeable difference!), it made my foot sore/tender, perhaps pushing swelling down instead of up because the calf was too tight. I did *not* try the larger size in this brand. The color (striped) was nice, more subdued than I expected, which was fine. As others have mentioned, when stretched the pattern fades into the background color. Someone with skinny legs would not have this problem. Overall I would say this is an excellent sock in a S/M if you have a small shoe size AND slender calf. If you need tighter compression and are fairly petite, this sock will be the answer to your prayers. Again, I didn't try the L/XL so can't compare.

Love these socks!! I recently had to start wearing compression socks due to varicose veins and blood clots in my legs. They have come a LONG way from the ugly white, nude, or black stockings my mom had to wear. With these socks I can be on my feet all day without pain, throbbing, or heaviness. At first I thought I’d only wear these occasionally, but now these are the only socks I wear because it makes such a difference in my pain level and swelling. I do think these aren’t quite as tight as the 20-30mmHg ones I got from my doctor - these feel more like 15-20mmHg - but I find these way more comfortable to wear all day. I love the wide variety of designs available and they are much less expensive than those offered through my doctor’s office. Even if they do wind up wearing out quicker, the price makes them a much better deal.

I bought these colorful compression socks with my fingers crossed. Although I wear a size 7 shoe (S/M sock size), my calves measure about 17" (L/XL sock size). Totally the right choice to go with the S/M size!! I put a pair on this morning for the first time. They slid on easily, just like ordinary socks. They do not bind anywhere on the leg. And although the very top of the band does leave a slight indentation mark just below the knee, the socks do not feel tight at all. I am about to go on a 2-week trip and hated the idea of wearing the same boring pair of compression socks every single day. Now, I have something fun to mix it up! Very satisfied. Socks delivered quickly. They come in this cute zipper pouch that I'll no doubt find another use for . . . even if it is just to hold the dirty socks during the trip : )

I’m an ER nurse and we love our sock game being on our feet 12 hours a day. I love buying cute ones and decided to give these a try. They have pretty good compression. The disappointing thing is that right out of the package they had these dark color streaks right at the bend of the sock where it was folded to be packaged. They come individually “sealed” so they don’t rub on eachother so I’m not sure where it came from, it looks like pen up close. It was also on the foot of the sock. I’ll wash them and see if it disappears but just the fact that the product arrives as so isn’t great for the buyer, nor the seller. Patterns are super cute tho, but for someone who shows socks off, I took away two stars because of the streaks. *** UPDATE*** Third picture is after washed... didn’t come out, disappointed

I travel for a living and it often includes long haul flights overseas, sometimes as long as 20+ hours. I wear compression leggings and socks so I don't get DVT blood clots like a grandma. I wanted some socks that didn't look like an old dusty stocking. These have bright colors, and look super athletic, like I am on a soccer team or something. They do the job, I don't swell up, and they were a good deal. I mean, there is nothing really sexy about compression socks so I don't know what else to say.

I haven't tried the compression socks yet,it's too hot to wear them ..But they fit good for L/XL ..But to actually wear them all day,NO

Bought these to help with my restless leg and help my foot from going to sleep and they are definitely working already!!

Cheap fabric with a lot of loose string to get caught up in and itch. Was impossible to get foot part over heel but calf area was a breeze which is kinda the opposite of what unexpected.

I was skeptical but these socks do the same work that my $90 prescription socks do. These are also a bit of a thicker weave- which is much nicer. I get runs and holes in my other ones. Highly recommend.

I love this. It helps to prevent calf pain on my long duty hours...
