Works well in Linux on Dell XPS 15 7590 with 4k touchscreen
Bought with a little trepidation as it seems really hard to find out which styluses may or may not work with the Dell XPS 15 7590 - it officially does not support any stylus according to Dell, not being a 2-in-1 model. However it does have a 4k touchscreen that in Linux reports as a "Wacom HID 490A". Haven't had the pen very long but can report that I'm very impressed. It's working fine in Linux - both in Xournal++ (nice to scribble on PDFs) and in GIMP. Both are working with the pressure sensitivity so pushing harder makes thicker lines, and the accuracy is way better than using a passive stylus. Both buttons on the side of the pen can be configured to e.g. highlight or erase, as desired. The pen seems to work identically when configured in both AES and MPP protocols. Only thing that doesn't seem to work is any kind of tilt functionality. I don't know if this is lack of support in the pen, Linux or the laptop - I suspect the latter as others have reported no tilt functionality on the "unsupported" Dell laptops, too. Comes with one AAAA battery (unusual, but available on Amazon), lanyard, one spare nib and nib extractor. The pen is magnetic but of course won't stick to the aluminium XPS 15! If using the laptop in Linux with an external monitor then the "xsetwacom --set <n> MapToOutput <screen>" command will need to be used so that the pen correctly works just on the laptop screen and not across both monitors. Use "xsetwacom --list devices" to find values neede for "n" - all three need to be set.

Does a good job
It isn't as intricate or feature rich as some of the competition, the pressure sensitivity seems a little 'on' or 'off' with not much between, but otherwise I've no qualms with it. I mostly use it for doodles on my dell Inspiron and it does a solid job, and it's relatively inexpensive so no complaints from me. For a general user or someone wanting to test the waters with graphic design cheaply, so long as it works with your display, you can't go wrong.

Over the top for my simple requirements
Excellent pen and graphics artists would be delighted. For my simple whiteboard type activities, over the top and expensive. There seems to be no cheap option for the XPS 13 I have. Be very careful which pen is needed - it's a minefield. Anoher downside for this pen is that one replacement nib is provided, but it is impossible to buy additinal replacements. I probably won't run out, but various tales of woe online from heavier users who had to buy a new pen just becasue they were out of nibs.

Perfect replacement for the stylus I lost from my Dell Inspiron 13 7391 2-in-1
Was concerned that I might not be able to find exactly the same stylus to replace the one I lost from my 2-in-1 laptop, but this was the genuine article and arrived really fast. I take so many handwritten notes and diagrams on my 2-in-1 that having lost my stylus was like having lost an arm. Now everything is back to normal. It's a pity that Dell couldn't have designed the 2-in-1 laptop to alarm if the stylus went too far away from it - that would be a handy option.

maybe store the pen in some sort of protective sleeve
I'm a student that uses the pen everyday for school work, i'm quiet pleased with what do now on Notebook with the pen. The pen tip isn't a problem for me as its been durable, plus it came with a spare included so i'm not worried. the issue for me was that i didn't have a protective sleeve to store the pen in my bag, and now the rubber material on the outside is peeling off. I can't guarantee it was due to a poor build quality but nevertheless i'd advise getting a pen sleeve with the pen just to prolong the aesthetic look. The pen still works perfectly fine after 3 months, i'd say the price is worth it thanks to how much work i'm getting done with it. just gave it a 4 star cos my background is low-income and it was at an unattractive £70 price.

It works well - but I dont get the additional fuctionality of a stylus
This pen works well with my Dell work PC - but to be honest I dont really use the additional functionality of a stylus - so I am probably not making the most out of it. The pen does feel premium, and it does snap magnetically to my Dell 2-in-1 notebook. I'd expect it to last a long time as it feels solid and well built.
