Board & Dice Dice Settlers

There was MOLD on the inside of the box and also on the game pieces. Will have to throw this game in the trash!! Very disappointed and was excited to play it. I should have read these reviews first!

Surprisingly deep dice pooling game from a company that really takes care of its customers. I was missing some components from another game from Board & Dice (formerly known as NSKN Games), contacted them about it, and within the week, they'd shipped me replacement parts. Excellent customer service. So don't worry if you're missing anything from a board game. People who say they contacted the company and were ignored are lying. That's not how modern board game companies function. Dice Settlers is a very thinky game for what looks like a light dice chucking game. Not for beginners to the hobby! It's an area control game in disguise, with enough going on to make it work even at two players. (Or one, as nearly all Turczi games have a solo mode). That said, I'd prefer the game at 3 or 4 players --that area control sweet spot. But if you think "area control? But I don't like Blood Rage," it still manages to be different enough from the typical area control game to extend its appeal to euro gamers.

I really enjoy this game. Constructing the dice pools via area control mechanics and exploration is an interesting concept that really comes together in this game. The components are high quality, the game plays in about 60-90 minutes, and it's easy to pick up.

Purchased twice, both times the game pieces were covered in mold.

Our gaming group has had a fantastic time with this gem of a game. I always bring it along now as it is a popular request. The solo mode version of this game is one of my favorite as well. The only negative would be the tiles themselves. They can be a little blah in their appearance. But that's about all I could nick-pick about.

This game gets one star as it is unplayable due to a wrong number of dice in the box. Contacted company several times but no response. Expensive game that can't be played and a company that seems like they could care less.

Muito mofo na caixa e em alguns componentes. Resolvi ficar com o jogo, limpei bem, mas, que pena , pois a embalagem chegou lacrada e em ótimas condições.

Jogo completamente mofado, chegou depois de semanas de envio somente para iniciar o processo de devolução.

Veio cheio de morfo, frustrante.
