The insides are still hard and starchy. These can't be returned so just a waste of money and time. At a minimum, DON'T TRY USING THIS PRODUCT FOR BOBA TEA. desertcart needs to remove products like this. What a fraud. ### ⭐⭐ Where do I start? *by S***N on November 8, 2023* The instructions on the package for making tapioca pearls are very wrong. They say to boil 10 minutes, then cover and remove from heat 3 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water. I’ve tried making these three different times, the first time following the instructions. They ended up a little soft on the outside with big white hard uncooked centers. I tried cooking them longer, they still had uncooked centers plus they broke in half. I tried some Youtuber instructions. Still no success. I reached out to the manufacturer, no response.
