From what I can see thus far, this is the one you want. This book is both comprehensive and informative, with a solid group of authors from the most recognized trade organization in the business, the PHCC. It's got all the stuff you want and need to know: Codes, standards, how-to/ techniques, great pictures and illustrations, tools you want/need. . . This book covers BOTH residential and commercial plumbing, so you're not left scratching your head in some of those cross-over mixed jobs. Well worth the money in my opinion, and I would definitely recommend it.

Its a good book if you know a little about plumbing or if your just starting. Its got theory and pictures

I didn't realize this was a rental.....so expensive.

Only needed for my trades class. Would not purchase other than that. Contact is rudimentary for anyone other than the extreme novice

Sound, basic survey text for entry level plumbers.
We used this text to introduce neophyte plumbers to the trade.

I had to wait forever before it showed up... It was lost in transit, and then they issued a new one. I am happy that they sent a new one with out hesitation!
