The Sacred Indian Tarot: Symbols, Images and Icons from Indian Philosophy Review: Beautiful cards, but it would be cool if the minor arcana also came with the set! - I love these cards, and I love the messages I have been receiving through them. I do wish that the set contained the minor arcana as well, but I can feel the power from these cards simply from the way I am compelled to revere them. I really love the connection to Indian mythology because I personally wanted cards I could feel a personal connection to. HIGHLY recommend these! The illustrations as perfect and powerful. Review: A must buy - Stunningly beautiful! Brilliant quality too... Please introduce a full deck inclusive of the minor arcanas, and allow them to be purchased separately. Would love to complete this set. The book is helpful too. Love how it integrates the stories from Bhagvada Gita.

Nice but such strange names for popular beings
The artwork is nice, mixed media and paints, varying styles are used, and all the work is pleasant or vibrant. But the names used for the deities and heroes and concepts are very strange, obscure. Not sure why this is, as it is not explained in the handbook. This deck does have a decent correlation between Tarot and Hinduism, Buddhism and Meditative practice-concepts. Still nice as it is, it is a little weak, I'd have liked more pages, more written about everything, really. If the author was hoping this would launch people into reading up on Hinduism and its deities, well, maybe, but somehow other "Indian" Tarot decks offer a lot more in fairly small books. Still I recommend it, maybe not for beginners, more along Intermediate and Advanced, using the book for the Indian concepts connected to the Tarot meanings. Worth adding to collections!

Beautiful, but Strange Partial Tarot Deck
This deck is beautiful, but it's undone since it's missing the minor arcana. The images are nice for the most part though some of them are blurred like they were photocopied. It's mostly just strange though. I'm underwhelmed for sure. I can't imagine actually using this deck very often (or at all) without the rest of the cards... Buyers remorse

This is My First 22 Card Tarot Deck And It's Better Than I Expected
I have bought this "Sacred Indian Tarot" by Kiren Rai because I do not want to miss any Indian/Eastern tarot or oracle deck. I love India and the East. This is not the full 78 card tarot deck, it has only 22 cards, or the majors (some reviews say it's a full deck which is not). The deck features modern Indian art that could be called abstract and the sort that you would find in art exhibitions and galleries. The deck, of course, features symbolism that is more common to Indian culture and mythology than the traditional tarot (which is very much Christian in its nature). Most names will be the traditional Major Arcana names, however the Indian analogy will be presented alongside in the Devanagari styled font. For example, "Strength" will be illustrated as an elephant which also may have some associations with the Hindu god Ganesha. The Lovers would be Radha and Krishna - the perfect lovers couple in Indian mythology. The "Death" would be lord Yama. The other good thing about the deck is a beautiful gift-like packaging which would include a rich red and sturdy "lacquered" box that has a book inside that talks shortly about tarot and the Major Arcana. It has upright and reversed Major Arcana meanings as well as the colored card pictures. My favorite part is the Chakra and Karmic spreads that are presented in the book along with 1, 3 card and the Celtic Cross spreads. The small glossy book is about 100 pages. I overall loved the experience of purchasing this deck. It's a high quality deck, for those who like India and some modern but readable art made by professional artists. The cards itself are of big size, similar to that of Doreen Virtue's oracle and tarot card sizes. The card stock is very sturdy (thick and firm) and waxy. It's a little hard to shuffle because cards do not separate easily from each other. The backs are the most wonderful black backs featuring a "Tree of Life" that is done in the Indian folk style and are reversible. I would recommend this deck for those who want something new, don't mind the Major Arcana only, don't mind the waxy cards and to art and tarot collectors in general.

The cards are divine, of top notch quality and the print is so vibrant and extremely accurate representation of the Hindu sacredness in relation with tarot. The deck consists of only the major arcanas but it is value for money. A deck you don't know but actually NEED! ✨

Le Tarot de Marseille et une vision de la philosophie Hindoue très intéressant ! Un graphisme subtile . Une version française serait à conseiller !
