Its not working after few months, and i did not had a good experience with the customer care of both amazon and Niviea. It took almost 2 months to confirm that the product has 7 days return window. The seller lifted the phone once and then remain silent to the email and phone. amazon misguided me saying to contact the seller for return It was also my mistake to not realize, that there is no warranty for this product. Any reference of the service centre of Nivie for the service of the product will be helpfull

This is a amazing chess clock. All basic features present and is light weight too. Easy to use and good quality. Has moves counter, speaker and many more important features. Go for dgt clock if have good budget and want tournament level clock. But if you have budget around 1500-1700 then this is best. Good for home and club use. But be sure, this is not fide approved, so can't play tournament with this.
