Will this machine work without using the nozzles so that hot sauce with seeds can be poured into regular canning jars?

Seeds can clog the inner seal, even if the discharge nozzle is removed. Once the particles clog the inner seal, the liquid will leak out

Hello, the spring inside my nozzle has rusted and broke and now my bottle filler no longer works. How can i get this part asap?

You can contact us through the order number, so that we can send you the accessories, we provide a one-year warranty, please rest assured

How do you clean the discharge nozzle and make sure it's completely dry before switching product?

We use very small wire brushes and follow up with a spray of alcohol. We keep the machine disassembled, especially where the spring and teflon tree like plunger are located (just before the discharge nozzle so all parts are dry. Because my wife uses it for lotions and creams that use water we alcohol clean it all to prevent bacteria and mold. We test all her products and it has always come back negative. Good luck.
