I have an event in June. If i order this now will it still be fresh the if unopened?

YES! I ordered a bag in January and it is still fine. I keep it tightly twisted with the tie but its is still crunchy and tasty even 3 months later.

I want to buy some for an event at work for about 100 people. How many people would this bag handle. Can I order extra bags with it?
