Intel SSD 660P 512G M.2 2280 (SSDPEKNW512G8X1)

Good price, easy to use

Got this a few months ago for my new build and haven't had any issues so far. I was reluctant to switch to SSD as I have always used HDDs so I thought I better go with one of the best makes.

It's a cheap SSD, and it seems you get what you pay for. Testing its sequential write performance, it flies along for small-ish writes (10s of GBs) but if you go much larger performance tanks to about 60MBps. So probably fine for your average user or operating system but if you have specialist use cases I would suggest paying a a bit more for something better.

Für das Macbook Air 2013 ist NGFF M.2 nVME Adapter nötig um ca 20 Euro (Sintech liefert sehr gute Adapter dafür die auf Amazon erhältlich sind) Habe diese SSD (512GB Version) gekauft weil ich davor eine recht stromzuzelnde Samsung Evo 970 Plus verbaut hatte die im gegensatz zur Original SSD (Toshiba) zuviel Strom verbrauchte und demnach die Akkulaufzeit merklich verkürzte. Die Samsung zwar sehr schnell aber auch sehr heiss. -> Lüfter musste Extra-Runden schieben. Die Orginale Toshiba SSD mit 128GB war sehr stromsparend, dafür kaum heiss, aber dafür langsam. Man brauchte einen guten Mittelweg: + mehr Speicher als 128GB + stromsparend + wird nicht zu heiss. + Muss nicht viel schneller sein als die Originale SSD + günstig aber nicht billig Mit der Software iStat konnte man recht gut ermessen wieviel Ampere die SSD im Leerlauf zogen: TOSHIBA THNSN2128GSPS 128GB: 0,02A SAMSUNG EVO 970 PLUS 500GB: Leerlaufverbrauch 0,45A INTEL 660p 512GB: 0,17A Performance Vergleich in MB/sec (Blackmagic Disk Speed Test): Toshiba: 220 write / 630 read Samsung: 1280 write / 1450 read Intel: 900 write / 1450 read Somit war der gute Mittelweg gefunden: Schneller, stromsparend, grösser und günstig: Intel 660p mit 60 Euro plus Sintech Adapter mit ca 20 Euro: 80 Euro, und immer noch biliger als die typischen Ersatz SSDs um ca 150 Euro die man so kennt (OWC etc) Wer eine noch stromsparendere UND schnellere SSD sucht und mehr Geld zur Verfügung hat ist bei der Intel 760p (die zudem das L1.2 Low-Power-Standby Feature hat) gut aufgehoben. Wattvergleiche: Intel 660p: 0.1W (Betrieb), 0.04W (Leerlauf) Intel 760p: 0.05W (Betrieb), 0.025W (Leerlauf)

Comprei o SSD para instalar no meu notebook novo. Ele cumpre o que promete. Não tive nenhum problema de compatibilidade. Plug&play. A unidade veio em sua caixa original lacrada. O serial da unidade e o mesmo do impresso na caixa. Produto original sem margem de duvida. Recomendo.
