I purchased for my 2 year old granddaughters. It was just about right for them. They will get a few years out of it but not sure about 4 years. Very nice stroller but probably not for a 6 year old. **Q: Is this stable and easy to push?** A: Yes, very easy to push. My 18 month old grandson and 2 year old granddaughter both love it! Light and easily maneuverable for them. Should not be used as a walking aid for new walkers. **Q: Could this fit one of the Adora 20 inch dolls?** A: It will not, the canopy will not close. The ideal size is ten inches even twelve inches. **Q: Can anyone give me the height of the stroller? Would be for a 78cm 18 months old, appropriate? Thank you :)** A: The height from the floor to the top of the handle is about 20 1/2 inches. It's rather small but I think it will be just right for my 19-month-old grandson. Probably too small for older kids. I have a 14-inch doll in it which is about right.
