It fits the Dyson V15 well. Actually, the on/off button is smoother than the original. This flexible hose works well when I clean inside the car. The price is much more reasonable than the genuine part. I recommend it to whome owns Dyson V15 Detect.

Extendable, flexible, works perfectly! Dramatically extended the reach of my V8 vacuum into some hard to reach places. Also makes general dusting much easier because I don't have to 'wave' the whole machine around.

Great accessory for my Dyson V11! Good quality and easily attach/detach from accessories. Reason for 4 stars: I purchased specifically to attach to motorized mini head to make cleaning the stairs less of a chore. Attaches fine, but no metal connection to allow power to reach attachment, thus defeating the purpose of procuring said hose. Other than that, great purchase! Will assist with other non-powered attachments getting into tight or awkward spaces.

Works perfectly with my Dyson V-11 - it was exactly what I needed for doing "Car Detail"

I like this thing. I’ve had it for a couple months now and I use it as my go-to attachment when I want to use my Dyson stick vacs to do detail type cleaning. You can’t use attachment heads that require a powered connection with this hose but but all the non-powered attachments like the crevice tool, and the widemouth pieces, brushes, etc. all seem to work fine, and having the flexibility of the hose makes them allot more useful/versatile. So far it’s been working really well, and it seems to be constructed out of good quality material that’s comparable to the OEM attachments made by Dyson. The color matches the silver gray Dyson plastic color close enough that you can’t tell the difference without looking closely. The air seal is tight on it and it hasn’t leaked so far, or caused any loss of suction that I can notice. If anything, it fits a little bit too tight when you first get it, and you may have to finesse it into the connection a little bit to get it on to your vac, but after connecting and reconnecting it several times it fits really nicely. Overall I’ve been really happy with the purchase, and it has become one of my most frequently used attachments. I just let it hang from one of the two accessory storage slots on the charging station all the time. Unfortunately, it has NOT stopped my cat from fleeing across the house in terror every time I fire up the vacuum.

This extension makes my Dyson hand vac even more versatile. I'm pretty sure that its not OEM; however, the colors/appearance are spot on (I'm pretty sure the extensions all come from the same overseas factory anyway). The connector that fits into the vacuum clicks in smoothly. The connector that fits into an attachment head is a little tight but then has a very affirmative click when everything is in place (snug fit). I don't regret anything about this purchase, and its just changed the way I clean for the better. I find that I no longer have to clear things out of the way in order to reach dusty areas, now its just as easy as reaching around things.

Fits with my dyson and I love it. I little worried about the thickness ripping. But hasn't so far and I have had it for a year. Easy install, and makes it easier cleaning.

Both male and female connections are good as original. Overall quality is very good.

Tight fit. Doesnt feel original as such. Gets the job done. Expect the suction power to be a bit weaker than with the longer pole and other attachments

I just received this item and it fits our Dyson V11 Absolute nicely. I tried it out and I am delighted because I can dust and clean between stair rails and around picture frames so much easier. I love my Dyson but it was tiring to hold it up to vacuum things like mouldings and frames and at times I found I couldn’t get into places readily but this hose allows me to do these jobs easily. It is new so very slightly stiff to stretch but that does not impair function at all. I like the length of the hose and since it readily contracts back to its original length there is no issue with catching on railings or objects. It is a hose so I would anticipate some drop in suction but I really didn’t notice any. It snaps into the Dyson and it’s tools perfectly. The quality is as good as other Dyson tools. It seems sturdy and well made. I am most pleased with this purchase and anyone with a Dyson would benefit from this item. It is excellent value for the price.
