Achieving proper balance is a pain.
Great concept, but getting it level without a rotating head is a pain. You'll spend the majority of time stretching this leg and that leg for a good while. I recommend the original and cheaper version. Works much better while out in the field.

JOBY GorillaPod SLR Zoom - Substandard and Over-priced
PROS The legs are very sturdy and well-made. I have been using it on and off for about two years or so without issue. CONS I have replaced the head with a better quality generic head. The original tripod head feels very cheaply made (plastic) and the lock has slipped with the camera dropping lens first on more than one occassion. It is not stable and cannot be used safely at the rated weight of 'up to 3kg'. It does work alright with lighter point-and-shoots, action cameras, etc., but be warned DO NOT use the head for SLRs, speedlites, etc.

Parts missing and impossible to contact the seller
I received a 3k video pro off of a wish list. But it arrived without the screws that are needed to attach the camera to the mounting plate. I've tried reaching out to get this resolved via Jobe's corporate phone number, without success. I'm hoping Jobe will see this and make it right. :)

Mas que suficiente
Acostumbrado al de 5k, se me hizo chico, pero sigue teniendo la macicez suficiente para cualquier cámara de video o fotografia semiprofesional con todo y accesorios.

3 Kilos?
Se nota que Joby ya no es lo que era. No aguanta 3 Kilos ni por asomo y el extra lateral no le pongas nada de mucho peso porque se dobla. Gran decepción de lo que fue y es esta marca.
