I've been using black seed oil (different brands) for about 2 years now, and recently switched to capsules containing oil, which is much easier for me to take. When I saw this product with the garlic, olive leaf, cayenne and ginger, I thought it would be perfect. However, I did not realize these were capsules filled with powdered product (mostly cayenne, from what I can see/smell/taste, etc.). I've taken a few of them, and sometimes it burns a bit - can't tell if it is giving me the benefits I've received in the past - it's too soon to tell. However, I ordered some black seed oil (OIL) from another company and will be taking it again - using this as a backup supplement. I should have paid closer attention ... well, I thought I had.

This works and seemingly a brand. I take these in lieu of the oil. Doesn't have a harsh effect on my stomach and tasteless. Black seed offers a lot of health benefits!

So far the product has been great

These are helping me avoid the gross taste of the liquid black seed oil. I also know I'm getting all of these things and don't have to add them to my smoothie, for example. Spicy smoothies can be fun, but these are so much more convenient. I take them with food and a bunch of other vitamins--I've not noticed any stomach upset. I noticed a huge difference with this when I had my last asthma flare up. I paired it with Quercetin & Bromelain and was able to stop using my rescue inhaler after a week. I still carry it, but haven't needed it for months.
