Sunco 6 Pack BR40 LED Flood Light Bulb, E26, 17W=100W, 2700K Soft White

Excellent replacements for the led's in our kitchen. We purchased a brighter bulb and installed a dimmer switch. Works well and enjoy being able to control the light at night.

I got these since they have higher lumens than most sold in stores. When I received a box of 6 one of them did not work, but I contacted the seller and they responded immediately and sent me a few replacements so 5* for customer service. The lights are much brighter and lights up my whole kitchen. They are slightly smaller than a typical BR40 but they still look normal and flush with the ceiling canister.

They are in a nice box and every bulb has arrived intact, several orders now. I am hopeful they will last longer than the last brand but I only changed to this one two year ago. So far none have burned out.

I was looking for a long term solution for the can lights in our house when I happened across these lights. I had purchased several replacements from the local big box store and they never seem to last. I was always under the assumption that LEDs would last for thousands of hours but that does not seem to be true. So far these have been a good replacement for what I was buying locally. They are very bright and advertise a very low energy usage rate compared to CFL and Incandescent bulbs. The 6 pack was a very good price and I actually got more for my money buying this pack than compared to the local store. Cannot give 5 stars because I just had one go dim on me and there is a plastic ring that has settled on to the lens of the bulb. Its possible it will die soon, but these have lasted longer than the competition.

Excellent color and light level. Used them in a hallway and a walk in closet. They were impressive in color rendition and light level.

brighter and larger in size, covering the entire area of high hats. I like these bulbs. Doesn't flicker and works perfectly with a dimmer switch.

I have been buying these bulbs for nearly 10 years, a led bulb is supposed to last a very long time, but I get max 2 years from these bulbs due to poor thermal management, I still keeping buying them as they are good fit for the old pot lights that came with CFL bulbs and are bright when installed . Have a dozen of these in the Kitchen. Changed 4 times already in 10 years, so no savings in terms of lower electricity cost, as any savings is eaten away by frequent replacement needs. Newer batches seem to be failing too soon, probabaly need to change the brand.

I don't normally write reviews, however I do for these lights. Using this in a carport. The extra length in the neck is perfect. Great light, bright white. I ordered more.

I needed a new bulb as one of four in our bathroom. The Sunco bulb was exactly as detailed in the specification and once installed and powered on is indistinguishable from the existing bulbs. Good work!
