I'm a little tall, does the panel go lower than 6'0? Can I adjust how high or low I can hang the mirror?

Yes you can adjust how high or low you hang the mirror. There are 8 sets of holes on each panel that you can choose to hang the mirror. The highest hole measures from 80 inches off the ground (or the equivalent of 6'8) so if you are shorter than that it should be ok. Lowest you can hang the mirror measures about 49 inches off the ground. 6 more holes in between those two, give or take in increments of 4.5 inches

Does it comes with the DVD?

Self-Cut no longer includes instructional DVD's in their products. They do, however, have a free mobile app called Self-Cut System that houses all the instructional videos.We will look into adjusting the listing to avoid further customer confusion!
