The potatoes au gratin were well done, but not too soft. The cheese flavoring was good. I would like to see more or different side dishes, but the vendor says these are the most popular. There were no manufacturing or packing dates on the packages, but the description on the desertcart page gave dates of 2017 and 2018 for the various items. The item was way under 30 days. FYI.
