Really Helped with my Hypo-Glycemia.
Recommended by my doctor (sound commercial-ish but this is true) when I was experiencing some hypo glycemic episodes. These did NOT take away a current episode (the shakes and hunger) but within three days I didn't have any of the symptoms (like "Gotta eat, NOW")! They are a regular part of my morning pill regimen. I appreciate NOW products for their attention to detail in the manufacturing process and overall knowledge of their vitamin or mineral they produce. I want to be clear that this was the first time during my weight loss regime that I started having hypoGlycemic symptoms. I know that these helped stabilize me but I was under that care of a doctor and he knew about these. So if you are showing signs like mine, GET YOUR BLOOD CHECKED FIRST so you don't get lazy and take these in replacement of knowing why you are having the symptoms (I feel better having added this disclaimer).
