How it can repair enamel? It contain Acid Citric😱

I haven't used it yet but the manufacturer must know what they are doing and ignore what karolina said you can help your teeth to get better with this mouthwash otherwise why say it as you can have them done for false advertising so it must help in some way ....its only like a dentist telling you to use a certain toothpaste as its better than some others get my drift.......and the other reply was as useless as he found the mouthwash ha ha . I will try in the morning when i get up and see myself.
