Life extension carries good products. The only thing I don't know regarding this one is if it's truly doing what it's supposed to do.

For the past two days I've been suffering from an unexplained extreme neck pain and stiffness that has rendered me mostly bedridden today. I took one of these today just to try it and within an hour I became aware of an odd glowing feeling through me, the neck pain is gone, full flexibility is restored. I'm intrigued to say the least! Later that same day I began to feel something like high blood pressure throughout my body. Followed the next day a heavy duty headache. I dunno. I'm going to try another pill at some point, but might wait a few weeks first. It was interesting but also intense and I'm not sure about it yet. ** update ** 6 weeks later. I'm wondering if this is addictive. I didn't have one for a couple weeks and my entire body felt increasingly run down day after day, like long covid or ms. Then I take one of these and my energy is totally restored and reinvigorated. I hope it isn't addictive because so far I'm really happy with these. *** update 2 *** I've been taking one of these every other day along with resveratrol and broccomax and I feel literally 20-30 years younger lately. I'll be taking these forever as they are my new most favorite supplement! *** update 3 *** I've switched to taking half of one of these every day with resveratrol and am very happy with the improvements to my overall health and energy levels!

I don't review supplements much, but I decided to review this one. I decided to do a detailed breakdown and hope that it helps somebody. I have not tried most of the similar supplements. I tried one other senalytic that is a daily dose, didn't really notice much change. I will try to review that later. This is a weekly dose. The obvious things: they are easy to take, they are not large capsules, doesn't have a lot of smell, a good value for this kind of product, no indigestion from the product, shipping was fast. Now here is my experience. First- I know people will try a supplement and get a placebo effect. But in my case, most supplements don't have a noticeable effect. I mostly don't expect them to do much... so if it's doing something.... it's probably not placebo. I have an immune disorder that leaves me feeling sick and weak a lot - even worse the day after I have had any significant activity. When I take this, the next day, I usually find an improvement. It's usually pretty noticeable. If I take it on a week when I am not too sick or active....I will simply feel a little better than usual. Feels like a boost. If I take it the night I have been active, then I don't feel as trashed as I usually would, the next morning. So I may not feel great, but I noticed I don't feel as sick as usual, from the previous day's activities. The effect of feeling a little better- lasts about a day or two. Yes, just a day or two. Most noticeable the first day after taking it. I wish it would last a week. But that is not the case. This is only supposed to be used once a week. I'd say 25% - 30% difference... as far as a reduction of symptoms and just feeling better in general. Doesn't sound like much, but most supplements don't make a noticeable difference in my condition. So that's definitely beneficial. Obviously, this is worth buying. I have considered trying a few of the other ones that are more expensive and if I do- I will leave a review. FOLLOW THE DOSE INSTRUCTIONS. If they only recommend them for once a week- then it's likely: going to be more effective that way, or possibly taking it more frequently is not healthy. Some supplements can build up in your system, so be careful, follow instructions and stay in touch with your doctor regarding your diet and supplements. I am following the instructions to only use once a week. Obviously there is a temptation to use this more frequently - but I am not doing that and I wouldn't recommend that.

I Like and use your products but the packaging is very sad and irresponsible. 36 pills in a bottle that could hold 150 to 200+ pills. Everyone is supposedly concerned about the environment yet poor and excessive packaging is never addressed. Sad and the reason for lack of stars. Your products other than the packaging are good.
