does this have a clip for the bottom or do I have to buy that separate? Thank you in advance

Each box comes with a clip, but I prefer the clips made by Hollister.

Is it a single item or is it a boxed and how many in a box

the convetec that i use are a one piece unit with 10 pouches per box

What is the difference between CON 022771 ACTIVE DR PCH 12"TR Size: 10 and Box of 10 12" Cut-to-fit Pouch .75 - 2.5" Transparent ConvaTec 22771

Nothing different, both the same. I had the same issue as you and as long as its 22771 the 0 means nothing.
