7.5ft Pre-Lit North Valley Spruce Christmas Tree | 550 LED Lights, 1,346 Tips, 10 Light Functions, Foot Pedal, Includes Stand, Artificial, Green

Ok it’s a long read but I did all the research and comparisons so just stick with me. I knew exactly what kind of tree I wanted and I found it! I was ready to purchase our tree having been without one for a couple years waiting on my babies to get out of their toddler stages. So I found this gorgeous 7.5ft tree with the lighting features I wanted (dual color change with different light modes) and it was within my budget! Not necessarily cheap, cuz you get what you pay for most of the time, but also not over-priced like some trees can be. So I placed my order and my tree arrived in 3 days! I unpacked it, assembled, plugged, and fluffed all the branches! Everything worked and I was happy. Ignorance is bliss. Two days later a small section of lights stopped working. I was really questioning my purchase but ultimately I thought, it’s such a small section, I’ll just get some new lights. So I registered my tree on the website, which you should definitely do, and read the warranty, and went through all the troubleshooting suggestions (which kept mentioning changing or checking bulbs, but my tree doesn’t have removable bulbs nor do I have spares…. weird….) so I called customer service to submit a claim. The gentleman was very helpful and was very understanding. All I wanted was a new section of lights. I was perfectly happy to replace the section of lights myself and not have to take down and return a whole tree. He said that was fine and submitted my order, stating my lights would arrive in 7-10 days. All was well. Two business days later I received a whole new Christmas tree. I was baffled. I didn’t need a whole new tree! And what am I going to do with a second tree? So I looked my order up and everything was as it should be. So I open new tree and immediately noticed the bulbs- this is a different tree. So I set it up to see if was the same tree…. And it had all the features I hunted for, same lights, same size, virtually the same tree. So I started to disassemble the old tree and put it back in its box. I finished assembling the new tree and began fluffing branches, and started to notice that this was a much nicer tree than the one I already had. There were tags and stickers and bubble wrap to remove, none of which was on the other tree… and it turned out to be much fuller as well. I can only assume Amazon or National Tree Company accidentally sent me a used or displayed tree the first time. Why else would I not be able to change the bulbs, and where were all the spare parts and packaging and manufacturing tags, etc? But I had no idea! National Tree Company could have easily just sent me my lights that I asked for and I would’ve been none the wiser. But instead they corrected a mistake with the utmost integrity. I’m guessing when they spotted the serial number they figured it out? I’m not sure, but I am certainly a National Tree Company Customer for life! The tree I ordered and thought I was getting, and ultimately received, is such a great quality tree! The branches fill out beautifully and are firm and well-made. And I haven’t even put my ornaments back on! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and experience! Nearly $300 is a significant investment for a Christmas Tree but I can tell you, this tree is going to last many years, and in my experience so far, National Tree Company really does stand behind their products, and wants their customers to be happy.

Bought this after Christmas last year. Never taken out of the box until this season. Was concerned about the product. Shouldn't have been. Lifetime this is my 4th or 5th artificial tree and it was the easiest tree to assemble and hook up that I've ever dealt with. All the pieces fit easily and quickly together and the wiring was clear and easy to hook up. In addition this is the best looking tree we have ever had. There are several different light combinations with both clear and colored selections as well as flashing choices that are subtle and yet attractive. Would definitely buy this tree again.

Like- different light options, all are nice, not too crazy. The tree assembled easily- comes in 3 pieces, top, middle, and bottom that fit into the trunk piece. When you find the light ends tie a piece of ribbon to it so you can find them easily to plug into each other. but it takes quite a lot of work to open up all the branches. There are only branches on about the front half of the branch arms except for the top 1/3rd which has shorter arms and is pretty full of branch/greenery. So you have to really work to spread the branches both upwards, and outwards or else it looks far too open and bare 'arms'. If you don't spread some branches up and down from the arm you can look right through the tree. Don't like- there should be more greenery branches towards the trunk on the inside- short ones or some wrapping of greenery so you don't look through the tree and see wire arms. It is supposed to be 7.5 feet, but it's closer to 7. That being said it looks nice once it is all opened up and with sufficient decorations to tuck in any 'open' spots. We couldn't find an artificial tree locally when our old tree gave up the ghost and wouldn't light up. The older tree was definitely more full and not bare in the middle like this one, but we didn't want to spend $400-500 for one like that.

The tree arrived in perfect condition, well-packaged and without any damage. I really liked the size, it’s perfectly proportional to the height of my home and fits the space beautifully. I haven’t been able to test the lights yet due to the voltage difference between South America and the U.S., but that can be easily solved with a proper transformer. Visually, the tree is stunning, very satisfied with the purchase.

This is the second National Tree pre-lit Christmas tree we’ve ordered, and the second one we’ve returned. We were hoping that this reasonably well reviewed (shock) pre-lit Christmas tree would be the salvation for our last-minute tree failure. Unfortunately, this tree, and this company, have a clear product defect. I spoke with the manufacturer about the problem, and was at first told it was a bulb replacement issue. I had to call back, and was then told that I needed to return the tree for technical repair, which would not be available until January 15 (if the irony of that solution, as we near Christmas, doesn’t immediately come to you, just wait a few seconds). I asked to speak with a supervisor at the company, and was placed on hold so long that I ultimately hung up. Amazon was able to process a refund for the tree, which doesn’t light properly — specifically with respect to the various switchable lighting functions and the consistency / operation between tree sections. Simply put., The tree looks nice, assembles easily, and is a nice size. Beyond that, basic electrical function appears to be beyond the ability of the manufacturer to create or repair. We are saddened by this horrifically crappy product at such a joyous time of the year, much like Cindy Lou Who after the Grinch made away with her tree. The difference is, we are hoping that the Grinch stops by soon. We are further saddened by the apparent inability to leave a “zero star“ review. Don’t buy it!

After going through 3 non-LED trees in the last 10 years I finally decided to spend the extra $$ for an LED one. Our budget wasn’t huge, and I couldn’t justify spending a car payment on a more realistic tree. This one seemed like it would fit the bill though. When I first unpacked it, it definitely looked sparse, but I was confident it would be better with some fluffing. 75 minutes later and it was looking more like a Christmas tree. I spent about 3 hours decorating it the next day, and am absolutely thrilled with the results. I honestly don’t even notice the less realistic look now that it’s decorated. The light modes are quite fun, with my favorite being the white twinkle mode. I got this for $250 during the Black Friday sale, and so far it’s definitely worth it!

Ok I am an old school guy. I write few reviews but read them often. I read many about this tree but the width and height of this tree was exactly what I was looking for. First I want to address the height comments of others total false! I measured this tree and if it is in the tree stand it is exactly as the say 7.5 feet. I put my tree together and all lights came on perfectly. I was concerned if it wouldn’t truly be as thick as in the pictures were but guess what this tree is beautiful! I am so happy I went with it to finally replace my old tree. They have created a tree that was just perfect for me and my picture window in the living room. I would highly recommend the teee and what a great value for such as stunning teee!

We bought this tree Nov. 2, 2021. It's not hard to set up, but it takes a little time to fluff the branches. That's not a big deal. No, it doesn't have the latest looking materials that look super realistic, but it's a beautiful tree. And once it's decorated, it really is awesome. We love that it's base isn't super wide which allowed us to put it in the corner by a window. What we loved the most was the color/white light options. There's a setting where the rainbow lights fade and change. LOVE it. We enjoyed the tree so much. We put the tree back up this year day after Thanksgiving and it fluffed back out beautifully and the lights turned on. However, the next morning, we plugged the tree in and the colored light option no longer will come on. Only the white light option. Occasionally, it'll flash color, but then will either turn off or go white. It makes us nervous that there's a short or something wrong with a fuse, so we don't leave the tree lights on unless we are watching. That's a BIG bummer that the lights didn't last a year. We even stored it in a Christmas tree container to protect it, but I'm not sure what happened that is causing the malfunction with the tree. Otherwise, we love the tree.
