I bought this for my son for Christmas. It looks very retro and stylish. Nice and compact to just pick up and carry about. Good quality sound although I think it would be even better if used with external speakers.

It didn’t work, requested a replacement, no one got back to me so sent back for a refund. The suitcase etc looks really nice but didn’t work so was disappointing

Good for the price, if you turn the volume up to full, depending on the surface you have the record player on there is potential for it to jump, however this is easily resolved with the BT function.

Perfect sound and good quality- my only complain is I would have liked it to be also battery operated so I can take anywhere with me (i.e. Outside) but it only has a wire and a short wire at that!

Received this today & love it Everything including the Bluetooth so easy to set up Sound quality is good but will be adding a speaker to it & it looks fantastic

I received this product as a birthday gift and was really pleased with it overall. The sound is enhanced when connected to suitable speakers that give greater sound quality and depth including bass and output etc... On it's own it has a satisfactory sound quality and output. It is lightweight, compact and easy to carry around.

The product looks beautiful and I fell in love. First time using it the record we brought that day was skipping. I cleaned and checked if it was warped but looked fine. Got a few more records only for the same thing to happen :( I even tried a record that skipped on our player on my sisters one and with her player it worked fine. In further inspection I noticed the plate was wobbly. Almost tilted to one side. I messaged the seller who said to follow the manual instructions but there is nothing in there about that as it was the first thing I did. I have had to return my husbands xmas gift :( not sure if I just got a bad one. Shipping was amazing and it does look stunning. Wish it worked:(

How do I contact the Seller? I cannot give this any stars. Bought as a Christmas present for my partners daughter. First time it was used the sound quality was absolutely awful, now it doesn't even work. The speakers no longer work and the record sounds like it's constantly speeding up and slowing down. Absolute waste of precious money!!!
